Nordicsky gundogs: Fieldwork

Tommi and Kristi have been training well for working test, so I am happy to share some photos of them from the first unofficial events in Estonia.

We participated with Leia in the retrievers qualifying test organised by Estonian Golden Retriever Club this weekend, judge was Ossi Kähärä from Finland. We passed the waterwork nicely and I was really happy about Leia's co-operation will. Unfortunately she had too much energy to do the proper search and forgot about her good nose, so not enough dummies arrived from the forest to pass. She is still very young and it was a good training excercise for us, as she has never seen a boat, a gunman nor so many people behind us during the training. We will continue in our own tempo :)

On Sunday, I was a secretary for the judge and learned a lot myself again about what to look for and what is important. Thank you all for the nice company!

Pealkiri on täpne, et startisime, sest tulemust me kahjuks ei saanud, kuna suunamisülesanne muutus Sädel jooksvalt otsinguks, aga see polnud see, mida teha oli vaja :)

We participated with Säde in Nome-B test, but unfortunately did not get any result as the first blind she turned into blind search and we did not get any further.

1st day
In Valtu, Raplamaa
with judge Antti Nurmi from Finland and 3 different classes: Beginners (6 dogs), Open (dogs) and Winner (1 dog). As a result, we have now Estonian Working Champion and 2 dogs moved from Open Class to Winner class (this has not happened since 2011):

The dream team, thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart!

Säde's points were: 0, 6, 10, 0 :)
But we did not get the last place and we are very happy to have been part of this historical and friendly event!

4-days full of trainings with Maria from Hungary and Yulia from Russia, but also managed to have some fun with our team-mates Lucky, Benji and Kara :)
